Every brand featured here carries meaning — and that is why every application is carefully reviewed and personally evaluated.

Here’s how the entire process works, step by step.


1. Submit Your Application 🖤

Use the contact form to introduce your brand.

We require:

  • your brand name

  • a responsible contact person

  • a short description of your vision

  • business email

  • optional: website, social media, WhatsApp

We do not evaluate reach, followers, or capital.
We evaluate identity, authenticity, and mindset.

Your journey begins with your story.


2. Brand Review – We Evaluate Your Identity 👀

Once your application is submitted, MAXOM performs an individual brand review.
We examine:

  • Identity: What does your brand truly represent?

  • Mindset: What message does it carry?

  • Consistency: Do design, products, and vision align?

  • Potential: Is there a strong core we can amplify?

After review you receive:

✔ a personal acceptance, or
constructive feedback if your brand is not yet ready.


3. Personal Communication via Email ✔️

Once accepted, onboarding begins — private, direct, and transparent via email.

Together we clarify:

  • product images & presentation

  • brand texts & messaging

  • positioning, styling, and overall identity

  • product details, variants, and features

Every brand receives personal guidance.


4. Brand Page Setup – MAXOM Builds Everything 🚀

MAXOM creates your dedicated brand page on the marketplace:

  • visual identity & structure

  • product integration

  • presentation, copywriting, and style

  • layout aligned with your brand’s aesthetic

If you don’t have model photos,
we will find alternative solutions that fit your brand's visual identity.

New brands are featured prominently on MAXOM to gain immediate visibility.


5. Orders – The Complete Process Explained 📦

When a customer places an order on MAXOM:

  1. The customer purchases on MAXOM and pays MAXOM directly.

  2. MAXOM forwards all order details and customer information to the brand.

  3. MAXOM deducts the agreed commission.

  4. The remaining amount is immediately paid out to the brand.

  5. The brand ships the product directly to the customer.

You focus on your products — MAXOM handles the rest.


6. Returns & Claims 🔄

For returns and claims:

  1. The customer contacts MAXOM first.

  2. MAXOM forwards the request immediately to the brand.

  3. The brand handles:

    • return processing

    • replacement shipments

    • direct communication with the customer

  4. If a refund is necessary,
    the brand refunds MAXOM,
    and MAXOM issues the refund to the customer.

MAXOM is the organisational contact,
the brand is responsible for the operational handling.


7. Marketing & Visibility – Full Freedom 🔥

Brands decide freely:

  • how they promote their MAXOM page

  • which marketing channels they use

  • whether they run their own website in parallel

  • how much community engagement they want to create

There are no marketing obligations.
MAXOM appreciates cooperation,
but every brand controls its own exposure.


8. Collaboration – We Grow Together 🤝

MAXOM is not a mass marketplace.
We work only with brands whose vision we respect and understand.
