RETURN & REFUND POLICY – MAXOM MARKETPLACE

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a customer shopping on MAXOM, you are purchasing products from independent brands listed on our marketplace. Each brand is responsible for the processing and fulfillment of its own orders.

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition as received

  • be unworn and unused

  • include original tags

  • be returned in the original packaging

  • include a receipt or proof of purchase

MAXOM will forward your request to the responsible brand and provide further instructions.

Please note:
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions and return addresses are determined by the respective brand.
Depending on the brand, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact MAXOM Support without delay.

We will coordinate with the brand to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Personalized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Beauty or personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards (unless required by law)

Exchanges

MAXOM does not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once the brand receives and inspects the returned item, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
