  • Estimated processing times are displayed on the respective product page or during checkout.

  • Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note that orders containing products from multiple brands may be processed and shipped separately.

Available shipping methods (such as standard or express shipping) will be shown at checkout.

Delivery timeframes depend on:

  • the selected shipping method,

  • and the destination country.


Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping Costs

  • and selected shipping method.

If your order includes products from multiple brands, shipping costs may be calculated separately.


Order Tracking

Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Tracking details are provided by the brand responsible for fulfilling your order.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

MAXOM acts as the marketplace platform and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • contact the shipping carrier directly, and

  • notify MAXOM support so we can assist in coordinating with the respective brand.
